When you email, call or message us, we keep those details to reply and provide our service.

We process this information to take steps at your request before providing a service, and for our legitimate interest in running the garage and responding to enquiries.

Who else is involved

Our booking form is provided by Jotform, which processes submissions on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Netlify. Customer reviews shown on the site are drawn from our Google Business Profile. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job information only as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
